Ordering conditions:

The signal frequency depends entirely on market developments, so that a definite minimum number of signals cannot be guaranteed. The subscription ends after the term you have chosen and is not extended automatically. However, we will notify you of the expiry of your subscription in good time. You may terminate your subscription prematurely by giving six weeks` written notice to the end of a quarter. The subscription fee is charged in advance for the period you have selected. The signals may also be ordere as a text message service. Upon receipt of your order, you receive an e-mailed confirmation. Your subscription is not activated until receipt of payment. The amount of the subscription fee will be quoted to commercial customers from the financial sector upon enquiry only.

Cancellation policy:

I have the right to cancel my order with MyTrade Informations Ltd. Brienner Str. 11, D-80333 Munich in writing , without giving reasons, within 14 days of receiving the first issue. The period of notice shall be deemed to have been complied with if the cancellation is dispatched within the specific period.
